Dairy/Gluten free cobbler WITH cream!!

We grow blackberries very well! Everything else, not so much, yet;) 

This recipe is based off of this recipe from Betty Crocker. I subbed out the milk for rice milk. I used earth balance ‘butter’ and I used my flour mix that I swear by,  from the cookbook Cooking For Isaiah. I also added a bit of brown sugar, maybe 1/4 cup.. Top with WHIPPED CREAM, you heard that right, whipped cream! See pictures below for the brand. This was really good and  was so homey and I didn’t miss milk or gluten a bit:)….
