The best slow cook roast I’ve found is the tri tip roast…I put it in the slow cooker with some water and maybe some salt if I have time…After it’s done I drain the water and add this delicious bbq sauce I found which is safe for me:) It’s soo tasty! And the tri tip is easier to chew and swallow than a regular rump roast for me..chewing and chewing is part of eating when you have a small esophagus;) Add some asparagus with some gluten free bread crumbs and earth balance butter melted and mixed in, yummy:) Cook up the gluten free chocolate chip cookies and most anone will eat that meal..unless you have a couple selective eaters for kids like me;)…then they can have toast!
