It’s not fettuccine Alfredo, but this is good!

This is an easy tasty dinner to make. I made extra veggies and put them in the fridge so I can just cook up some pasta and eat it for the next couple days. The veggies are better that same day, but still ok the next day:) 

Put cut up zucchini and mushrooms in a pan (or whatever you like) with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. At the same time cook your pasta. When both are done, combine the pasta with the veggies and cook a tiny bit. Then voila you have some tasty dinner:)

I tried these new gluten free noodles and they reminded me of fettuccine and were quite good!
